Melissa has owned and run a café, organic food store, organic raspberry and herb farm . She has also provided planning for clients in food wholesale distribution including Screaming Seeds, Taste of Mt Barker and Holy Smoke.
Being a passionate foodie Melissa has assisted businesses in the entire food chain from paddock to plate. That is growers, wholesalers, food retailers, distribution, cafes , caterers and restaurants.
